Caustic soda is a alkaline material and due to its characteristics, it is widely used in various industries. Including the pet and rubber recycling industry.

One of the use of caustic soda or solid sodium hydroxide is to wash off the production lines of factories and materials that are washed before use and the process of production.

Plastic materials and PET containers are materials that we use caustic soda for washing, as well as recycling.

What’s going to happen is that firstly, PET containers collected from different parts of the country are recycled and converted to flakes.

And Flake is used when washed and rinsed because of its oil removing properties, which eliminates the fats and deposits of these plastic materials and pets.
